Cancellation Policy

Hourly & Single Day Rentals

• Over 72 hours cancellation notice: 100% refund (plus cancellation fee).
• 72 to 24 hours cancellation notice: 50% refund.
• Under 24 hours cancellation notice: No refund (full rental cost charged to the provided credit card).

Multi-Day Rentals

• Over 2 weeks cancellation notice: 100% refund (plus cancellation fee).
• 2 weeks to 1 week cancellation notice: 50% refund.
• Under 1 week cancellation notice: No refund (full rental cost charged to the provided credit card).

Cancelation Fee

Our cancellation fee is 9% of the total booking amount. This fee covers processing and administrative costs.

Rescheduling

Bookings can be rescheduled once with over 72 hours of notice, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

Exceptions

1. Unsafe Weather Conditions (Lightning, thunderstorms, extreme winds, heavy fog, or unsafe conditions):
   • Bookings that have not started: Full refund provided, with no cancellation fee, or reschedule.
   • Bookings that have started: Partial refund for unused time.
2. Mechanical Issues Not Caused by the Renter (Boat engine failure, trailer or truck breakdown, or unsafe/ inoperable equipment):
   • Bookings that have not started: Full refund provided, with no cancellation fee, or reschedule
   • Bookings that have started: Partial refund for unused time.
3. Other Exceptions
   • Emergencies or serious illness which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• All cancellation and reschedule requests must be received during our normal business hours (8am – 8pm).
• Cancellation notices are effective from the time we receive them.

Please note: All notice periods are counted from the scheduled start time of the booking. All cancellation and rescheduling notices are based on Pacific Time (PT).
